Consultations generally take 1 to 1 ½ hours.

Real Estate matters: $600.00 per hour.
Tax matters: $575.00 per hour.

Should you require further work, a mutually agreed upon Engagement Letter will be signed by client(s) and attorney which usually includes an initial fee. This initial fee, or retainer fee, will be put in the Attorney Trust account and will be drawn upon as the work commences. If after all work is completed there are monies remaining in the trust account, they will be refunded to the client(s).
